Y
Rich was
with the
U. S.
Marine
Corps
and the
U.S.
Army
before
entering
college
and law
school.
After
earning
his B.A.
in 1999,
he
entered
Washburn
College
of Law
in
Kansas
and
graduated
in the
top ten
percent
of his
law
school
class,
where he
also
became
team
captain
for the
Washburn
Moot
Court
Council.
Upon
graduation,
Rich
served
as an
Assistant
Public
Defender
in the
City of
St.
Louis
for 3 ½
years,
during
which he
was team
leader,
responsible
for the
misdemeanor
team and
the
development
of trial
skills
among
new
attorneys.
Rich has
chaired
at least
twenty-six
jury
trials
and has
appeared
before
the
Missouri
Court of
Appeals.
He has
been
with
Tonkin &
Mondl
since
January
2008.
