Simon Tonkin

Educated at Johns Hopkins, Cambridge, and the University of Wisconsin Law School, Simon Tonkin began his legal career as Assistant Missouri Attorney General , and entered private practice in admiralty law in1982, litigating before state and federal courts.
A member of the Missouri and Illinois bars, he served as adjunct assistant professor, St. Louis University School of Law, and as chairman of the Admiralty Law Committee of the Bar Assn. of Metro St. Louis.

Mr. Tonkin regularly speaks at seminars on maritime law, and is a member of the American Bar Assn., Maritime Law Assn., and the Bar Assn. of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Tonkin is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.

James K. Mondl

Educated at Northern Illinois University, Jim Mondl ranked first in his law class, receiving Jurisprudence Prize Awards in Torts, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law. Before specializing in admiralty law in 1989, Mr. Mondl served as research attorney for the Illinois Supreme Court.

An experienced trial lawyer and member of the Missouri and Illinois bars, Mr. Mondl chairs the Admiralty Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metro St. Louis, and is a member of the Maritime Law Association.

Mr. Mondl has spoken at several conferences, and has written many articles on maritime law. Jim is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell

Richard M. McNelley

Before attending law school Mr. McNelley served five years in the U.S. Military. He received a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) and a JD (Cum Laude) from Washburn University, where he ranked in the top ten percent of his law school class.

Rich has practiced law since 2003 and has significant trial experience.
